The hotel reception desk is situated on the third floor, accessed by our escalators or lifts. You will be asked to complete a simple registration card and verify your payment details. Check-out can be carried out either at the reception desk or via our express check-out facility. We request that you vacate your room by 12.00 pm on your departure date. We are happy to assist you with your luggage on arrival and departure. We can store your bags when you depart if you wish to make the most of your last day with us. We believe that community and environmental responsibility is integral to the way in which we run our hotel, and this is reflected in the service we offer our guests. Security of our guests is very improtant to us. The hotel is regularly checked by hotel staff, and our concierge team ensures the hotel's only entrance is safe.

The head chef invites you to enjoy an evening at the City 3 Restaurant which has a range of dishes to suit all tastes. City 3 Bar has a modern decor with a glass front and sides. Its informal seating makes it an ideal place for meeting friends and colleagues. With comfortable chairs and sofas in informal surroundings, Caffe Cino is the ideal place to relax over a coffee with the morning papers, or for an impromptu meeting with colleagues.

Breakfast is not included and costs GBP 19.95 per person.

Booking Terms

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 15.00 per 24 hours.

Private parking is possible on site and costs GBP 15.00 per day.
